Evaluierungs-experte und Politikwissenschaftler, Promotion an der London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE); Evaluierungsexperte mit mehr als 20 Jahren Erfahrung im Design und der Implementierung von Evaluierungen im Bereich der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit (EZ); Sven Harten hat 15 Jahre in Ländern des globlen Südens gelebt und gearbeitet, dort war er vor allem tätig als Evaluator und Projektmanager, mit M&E Missionen in mehr als 50 Ländern; Vollzeit Beschäftigungen als Mitarbeiter u.a. bei der Weltbank, der Europäischen Kommission sowie als freier und angestellter Berater für M&E-Vorhaben.
